How can I pay for an order?

You can pay in the following ways:
  • card (Credit / Debit)
  • Bank deposit
  • Cash on delivery (cash on delivery at your place). Cash on delivery as a service, to ensure the quality of the transaction has a charge of 3 €.

What shipping costs will I pay for my order?

Shipping costs are 5 €.
For purchases over € 100, shipping is FREE.
Shipping costs are 15 €.
For purchases over € 200, shipping is FREE.

Can I pick up my order from your store?

Of course you can just state it at the end of your purchase.
Our staff will inform you by phone and / or by email about when you can receive your order.

Can I change any of the products in my order?

Of course you can, as long as the return meets the criteria listed on the Shipping & Returns page.

How long can the changes be made?

You have 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product at your place.
