Product description

Our obligation and main care is the information given on the website www.dnastars.gr and regarding the quality, quantity, main features and prices of the products to be absolutely accurate. However, on your computer screen some products may appear slightly different in color from reality.

Product prices

The prices listed on each product include VAT 24%.These prices refer to the quantities that are available, while www.dnastars.gr reserves the right to modify the description and prices of its products without prior notice, but undertakes to fulfill the order to send the products you ordered with the features and prices posted on its website at the time of the order.

You can pay for your order using the following payment methods:

By Credit / Debit Card

You may for your order with VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards.

Transactions are electronically secured, in real time, between the Buyer and the cardholder with EUROBANK or National Bank of Greece, which handles the transaction on behalf of the store.

In this process, dnastars.gr has no participation and the sensitive data of your credit / debit card are not stored in its system.

Note: In case the buyer who makes the transaction is not the same person as the owner of the Credit Card, our company does not bear any responsibility and has no obligation to refund.

Payment in the store

If you choose to pick up the products of your order from our physical store, then you have the option to pay in cash upon receipt.

Note: Please come to pick up the order after receiving an information message that your order is ready to pick up.

If you choose this method of payment, it is necessary to send the proof of deposit within 48 hours to the e-mail info@dnastars.gr or to contact by phone at +30 21 0331 0484 to check your deposit.

Note: Any bank transaction costs are borne exclusively by the customer.

Cash on delivery (cash payment upon receipt / delivery)

You have the opportunity to pay for your order by paying the amount upon delivery by the courier company that will deliver the parcel to you upon receipt.
In case you choose this method of payment, there is an additional charge of 2€.

Note: This payment method is valid for shipments within Greece.

Refund and exchange policy

If the product you bought recently does not suit you you can return it.

The steps are simple and clear:

Step 1.
Just fill out the return form you received with your parcel, giving us the information we need. Pay attention to the form description cells as you have to be extremely descriptive in each one. If you lost the form and need news, send us an email at info@dnastars.gr.

When it comes to returns, we offer many decisions for every occasion. More specifically, your options are:

A. 100% store credit via personal discount code. You can apply this code to your next order from our online store and the amount will be deducted automatically.
B. Full amount refund. You can apply for a full refund of the money you spent on your order using the same payment method you used. If it was the COD method you will receive the amount by bank transfer which takes about 2-3 days to complete.
C. Exchange with another piece. If you want to replace it with something else available, then you should let us know in advance to keep your new item exclusively for you. In this case just send us an email at info@dnastars.gr or call us at 210 3310484.

Step 2.
Then pack it using the original package received (note!) And return it within 5 days from the date of receipt. You are free to use any postal service you prefer or you can contact us to schedule a pick-up for you with our courier.

Step 3.
Once we receive it we will proceed with the fulfillment of your request. Once completed, we will send you a confirmation message to let you know. Don’t forget to check your spam from time to time, as sometimes our emails tend to land there.

Important Note: Make sure all the original labels are attached to the item and that the product is clean, as long as the original order receipt or package slip is sufficient.

Return cost

All return costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is defective.
For Greek customers, the return shipping amount is from € 3.00 to € 5.00 if you use the Geniki Taxydromiki service, with which we work (you will have to send the package at our own expense and then we will reduce the fee from your refund amount).
For international customers, delivery costs will be reduced by your refund.

Please note that it is not possible to refund the order.

Defective products

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product www.dnastars.gr will make every effort to replace it with the same or similar product at no additional cost to you. But you must inform us. If the product ceases to be available, it can be replaced with an equivalent product by arrangement.

www.dnastars.gr does not have a guarantee policy. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur from normal wear, misuse.

Limitations of liability

For all the products contained in www.dnastars.gr it is considered that there is sufficient availability in our warehouse, unless otherwise marked. The transaction will be considered completed only after sending a written electronic confirmation. In case it is impossible to execute an order, www.dnastars.gr has the right to withdraw and not fulfill it, and in case the price has already been collected, it is returned by deposit in your Bank account.
